Changing blades is quick with the lever-action 4-position blade clamp. No wrenches needed. Rotate the lever, insert a needle- or demolition-style blade, and release to lock. The 4-position design also allows flush cutting—great for cutting pipe or framing flush against a wall or stud.
The pivoting shoe adjusts to control cutting depth and gives you a solid platform against the work piece. Keeping the shoe set to the right depth helps prevent blade overloading and extends blade life.
