The 450 RPM is fast enough for most tasks, and the 50 ft-lbs of torque is impressive for a 1/4" drive. I've been a mechanic since the late '70s, and I never thought I'd say this about a battery-powered ratchet, but this is fantastic. It fits into places my air ratchet can't reach. The power is surprising—it snapped off a bolt I was trying to loosen. The battery technology has really improved. It's quiet and doesn't require an air hose. The only downside is the cost, but for the convenience, it's worth it. My only suggestion is to buy an extra battery. This will likely become your go-to tool.

I'm a DIYer and I mostly work on my own cars. This ratchet is incredible. I replaced a stubborn exhaust manifold bolt that I couldn't reach with a regular ratchet. The head is slim enough to get into tight spaces, and the variable speed trigger gives you great control. The kit comes with two anvils, which is handy. The only downside is the chuck doesn't lock the sockets, so you have to be careful not to drop them. But overall, this is a must-have tool.
