Bluetooth® connectivity links the tool to the free Tool Connect app. From there you can create three custom modes, set forward/reverse speeds, adjust LED brightness, and activate Precision Wrench™ or Precision Tap™.

Percision Wrench and Precision Tap Explained

Precision Wrench™ lets you set a lower runoff speed in reverse, preventing over-tightening. In forward, you can pause before impact and set auto shutoff for consistent fastening. Precision Tap™ switches between forward and reverse automatically, turning thread cutting into a faster, cleaner operation.

The compact head and hog ring anvil make socket changes quick. Add the Tool Connect app, and you've got a wrench that can be programmed exactly for repetitive jobs.

Impressive

I've been in the trades for 35 years and this is the first impact wrench with app connectivity I've used. The mid-range torque is plenty for lug nuts and suspension work. The breakaway torque is impressive for the size. It fits into tight spots my old pneumatic couldn't. Battery life is good if you don't run it at max all the time. The app is a bit gimmicky but works. Overall, a solid tool.
