This is a tool-only unit, so you supply a DEWALT 20V MAX battery and charger. It works with DEWALT's Airlock dust system (adapter sold separately) to capture up to 95% of fine dust. The quick-release lever makes belt swaps easy without tools, and the overmolded auxiliary handle gives you a solid two-handed grip.
The 25-speed dial plus variable trigger lets you set a maximum belt speed and then control it smoothly. That makes stock removal faster on raw wood while still allowing a finer pass on finished surfaces.
