I've been routing for fifty years and this is one of the better plunges I've used. The motor is powerful and variable speed works well. It does vibrate a bit at lower speeds, but nothing too bad. The dust port is in a good spot and keeps the bench cleaner. My only complaint is the plastic base ring; I'd prefer a cast one. Overall, it's a dependable machine.
