Good flap disc

I've used many flap discs over the years, and this DEWALT is right up there. It cuts much faster than fiber discs and lasts quite a while. I used one to clean welds on a trailer frame, and it held up nicely. The 60 grit is perfect for general metal prep. I just ordered a ten-pack.

I used this on a steel beam to remove rust. It worked well for about 15 minutes before the flaps started to wear. It didn't load up, which was nice. The disc fits my grinder easily. I wish it lasted longer, but it's not bad for occasional use.
