The DEWALT DWA11280 12-inch 80-Tooth Carbide Circular Saw Blade is built for woodworkers and carpenters who need exceptionally clean cuts in trim, molding, and paneling. This fine-finish circular saw blade combines ultra-sharp carbide-tipped teeth, optimized tooth geometry, and patented body slots to deliver crisp edges and reduced vibration. Whether you're cutting hardwoods on a miter saw or breaking down sheet goods, the 80-tooth configuration helps minimize tear-out and leaves a smooth, ready-to-finish surface.
For fine finish work, a high tooth count is key. The 80-tooth configuration on this 12-inch blade lets you achieve smooth cuts in face frames, crown molding, and hardwood trim. It fits standard 12-inch miter saws and table saws with a 1-inch arbor. If you also need faster rip cuts, keep a lower-tooth blade on hand; this blade is optimized for finish quality.
80-tooth carbide-tipped blade produces clean, splinter-free finish cuts.
Up to 3x longer life thanks to optimized tooth geometry and durable carbide.
Patented body slots reduce vibration for smoother, more accurate cuts.
Fits standard 12-inch miter and table saws with 1-inch arbor.

An 80-tooth blade is designed specifically for finishing work. With more cutting edges, each tooth takes a smaller bite, resulting in smoother crosscuts and reduced tear-out. This makes the DWA11280 ideal for cabinet-grade plywood, veneered panels, and hardwood trim.
Keep your blade free of pitch and resin to maintain cutting performance. Store it flat or in a blade sleeve to protect the carbide tips from accidental damage. Inspect teeth regularly for chipping or wear and replace the blade when cuts become rough.
Yes, it fits any saw designed for a 12-inch blade with a standard 1-inch arbor.
It's optimized for finish cuts; for ripping, use a lower-tooth blade.
Use a blade cleaner or warm soapy water, then dry completely.
It includes one blade; no case is included.

Smooth cuts, no chips. Lit.
The 80 teeth give a beautiful finish. I used it on mahogany and it left a glass-smooth edge.
I do custom cabinetry and this blade is my go-to. It cuts plywood without tear-out. The carbide tips stay sharp for a long time. The blade runs true with minimal vibration. It's a bit pricey, but the finish saves sanding time. I've had mine for a year and still going strong. Worth every penny.
Great finish.
Very clean cuts. Works great on hardwoods.
I'm a hobbyist woodworker. This blade transformed my table saw. I was getting tear-out with my old blade. Now the cuts are so clean I almost don't need to sand. It's quieter too. The only downside is that it's a 12-inch blade, so it won't fit a 10-inch saw. But for my 12-inch table saw, it's perfect.
Good blade for fine cuts. I use it on my miter saw for trim. It doesn't leave burn marks.
Works well.
I've used many finish blades, and this one is top tier. The cut quality is excellent on both crosscuts and rips. The negative hook angle prevents kickback. It's a little slow but that's expected with 80 teeth. The blade stays cool even on long cuts. I've had no warping. Definitely a professional grade blade.
