The DEWALT DCLE34030G 3x360 Green Laser Level Kit brings professional-grade layout precision to the 20V MAX battery platform. With green beam technology, a 3x360 plane, and accuracy of 1/8 inch at 30 feet, this kit is built for everything from drywall layout to plumbing, electrical, and general construction. The kit includes the laser, 20V MAX battery, charger, and a rugged overmolded case.
The fine-adjust knob makes precise positioning simple, while the integrated magnetic pivoting base with 1/4";-20 and 5/8";-11 threads mounts to tripods and metal surfaces. Powered by the 20V MAX battery system, you get up to 10 hours of runtime with a 2.0Ah battery—longer with higher-capacity packs. The IP54 rating keeps dust and splashes out, and the overmolded case protects the laser when it’s not in use.
When working outdoors or over long distances, add a DEWALT laser detector (sold separately) to extend the working range to 330 feet. The DCLE34030G’s green beam is visible enough for interior work, but a detector is essential in bright conditions or when the beam is hard to see. Look for a detector that matches the green beam wavelength—DEWALT’s laser receiver is designed to work with this kit, providing reliable pickup and an audible/visual locator. When you’re setting up exterior foundations, large wall layout, or working in daylight, the detector/receiver combo keeps you accurate.

When working in bright sunlight or over long distances, the green beam may not be visible to the naked eye. Attach a DEWALT laser detector to the level to convert the beam into an audible/visual signal. Place the detector on the desired reference line and slide it up or down until you get a signal. This extends the working range to 330 feet and makes layout possible even in direct sunlight.
Green light is up to 4x more visible to the human eye than red, which means you can see a green beam in brighter conditions and across longer distances. The DCLE34030G uses green laser diodes for better visibility without sacrificing battery life. For any layout where you need to see the line clearly—especially on large interior walls or outdoor shadows—green is the professional choice.
DEWALT's laser detector (sold separately) is designed to work with this green laser. Any detector tuned to the same green wavelength may also work, but for best results use the DEWALT unit.
