The DEWALT DXAEWPC4 is a fully automatic, waterproof battery charger and maintainer engineered for demanding environments. The DXAEWPC4 uses a three-color LED display to keep you informed. When connected to power, a green light indicates the unit is ready. A solid yellow or flashing amber means the battery is charging. Once the battery reaches full charge, the green light stays lit in maintenance mode. If you see a blinking red light, the charger is signaling a fault—usually reverse polarity, a short circuit, or a battery that won’t accept a charge. Check your clamp connections and confirm the battery is not defective before resuming.
