DEWALT DCS7485B FLEXVOLT 60V MAX brushless table saw delivers corded power and 24-inch rip capacity for cutting 4x8 sheet goods anywhere.
Categories : tools
SKU : WOR-TOO-529
The DEWALT DCS7485B FLEXVOLT 60V MAX 8-1/4-Inch Table Saw brings true corded power to a cordless jobsite saw, without the need for a power cord. Built for contractors and serious DIYers, this tool-only model runs on FLEXVOLT batteries, which automatically shift voltage when you change tools. The brushless motor provides the muscle to cut through framing lumber, hardwood, plywood, and other common materials while delivering up to the runtime you need to keep working.
The DCS7485B is engineered for accuracy and efficiency. The rack-and-pinion telescoping fence rails enable fast, smooth, and precise adjustments, and the fence provides 24 inches of rip capacity—enough to rip full 4x8 sheets of plywood or OSB without a problem. The metal roll-cage base adds jobsite durability far beyond plastic bases, protecting the saw when it's bumped, dropped, or tossed into a truck bed.
The rack-and-pinion fence locks parallel to the blade every time, so you get accurate cuts without measuring and re-adjusting. The telescoping rails make it easy to set up and tear down, and the 8-1/4-inch blade gives you enough depth for most job-site cuts.
This table saw is part of the DEWALT FLEXVOLT system. A FLEXVOLT battery automatically switches voltage when you move it from a 60V MAX tool to a 20V MAX tool, so you get the power you need for the task at hand. Battery and charger are sold separately, giving you the freedom to use the batteries you already own.
The power-loss reset switch prevents accidental restarts if the power is interrupted, and the metal roll cage protects the saw on rough jobsites. The tool is designed with a clear blade guard and anti-kickback pawls to keep you safe while making cuts.
Whether you're framing an addition or building furniture, the DEWALT DCS7485B table saw is ready to work. It's also compatible with DEWALT's optional rolling stands (sold separately) for easy transport on the jobsite.

The DCS7485B is a hybrid that combines corded-level power with cordless convenience. Its brushless motor and FLEXVOLT battery system let you work anywhere, even on job sites without power. The 24-inch rip capacity is a significant advantage over typical cordless saws, letting you handle full sheet goods without breaking out a corded saw.
The metal roll cage base protects the saw when it's loaded into a truck or dropped on the job. It's built to DEWALT's professional standards, and the power-loss reset switch prevents surprises when power is restored.
If you're a contractor who moves between sites or a DIYer with a large workshop, the DCS7485B is a worthwhile investment in precision and portability.
No. The 5/8-inch arbor is not long enough to accept a dado stack, and the saw is designed for standard 8-1/4-inch blades. Use a dedicated dado-capable table saw for that task.
This tool requires a DEWALT FLEXVOLT 60V MAX battery, such as DCB606 or DCB609. It is not compatible with 20V MAX packs.
This model is designed to fit DEWALT's optional rolling table saw stands, such as the DWST0845. It has a universal mounting pattern but is best with the DWST0845 for secure fit and transport.
At 90 degrees, the DCS7485B cuts roughly 2-1/2 inches deep, and at 45 degrees, it cuts about 1-3/4 inches deep.
Yes, it's a compact job-site table saw with a built-in handle and metal roll cage for durability. When paired with the optional rolling stand, it's easy to move around a jobsite.

Cuts like a corded saw.
Took it to the job site. Perfect for sheet goods.
This thing is awesome for my workshop. I don't have 220 so the flexvolt is a game changer. It pushed through 4x4 PT like nothing. The battery eats itself fast though, expect to swap it a lot. But it's portable and I can take it anywhere.
I'm a contractor and I've used every big-name table saw. This one has the best rip capacity for the size. It's accurate to 1/32 straight out of the box. The stand is sturdy and folds up easily. My only gripe is the blade guard is awkward to remove. Overall, it's my go-to for rough framing and sheets.
Good saw but the riving knife is a pain to put back.
I've been around saws all my life, and this battery-powered one actually surprised me. It has enough power to rip 3/4 plywood all day. The 24-inch rip capacity is generous. The blade brake is quick, which I appreciate for safety. It's heavy, though, so you'll want help loading it.
Heavy but powerful.
The dust port actually works. Less cleanup.
